In this post, I would like to explain how to calculate the volume of the Hemispherical dish. You want to know the detail calculation of this type of dish follows the below calculations. You can also watch the video.

Volume Calculation:

(ID/12)3 X 1.958 = gallons     (equation -1)

NOTE: I AM TAKING INTERNAL DIAMETER IS IN        INCHES

ALREADY WE HAVE 1650 MM ID DISH

CONVERT ID TO INCHES    (1 INCH = 25.40 MM)

THEN 1650/25.40 = 64.96 INCHES (NEARLY 65)

SUBSTITUTE THIS IN EQUATION – 1

= (65/12)3 X 1.958

= (5.41)3 X 1.958

= 158 X 1.958

= 309.364 (NEARLY 309)

= 309 gallons                      ( 1 gallon = 3.78541 liters)

= 309 gallons x 3.78541

= 1169.69 liters

= 1170 liters

TOTAL VOLUME OF THE DISH IS = 1170 LITERS
